3.4 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to maintain only one active Account with wtonet. Creating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal information, is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed, bonuses forfeited, and winnings voided.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

wtonet accepts deposits through various Indonesian payment methods including major banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be rejected or refunded.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Deposit minimums and maximums vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process. Standard minimum deposit is Rp 50,000. 8. Limitations of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the claim.

8.4 User Responsibility

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 User-Initiated Closure

9.2 wtonet-Initiated Suspension

• Engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities
• Created multiple accounts or facilitated third-party access to your Account

9.3 Consequences of Termination

Upon account termination for breach of Terms, wtonet reserves the right to forfeit all funds in your Account including deposits, winnings, and bonuses. 9.4 Self-Exclusion

Users concerned about problem gambling may request self-exclusion for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion.
